Mathusha started off as a summer co-op student at the Mukherjee Lab where she assisted with the Autoimmunity Post Acute COVID-19 (AIPACS) project. She then transitioned into an undergraduate thesis student, studying the molecular effects and clinical outcomes of dupilumab therapy on moderate to severe eosinophilic asthmatics.
